Strategy, Content, Creative Direction


I led the strategy, content, and execution for B2B email campaigns that connected deeply with our veterinary partners—whether we were introducing a new product or welcoming a new practice to our platform. Every email was built with purpose: to drive engagement, encourage adoption, and strengthen long-term relationships.



From product launch announcements and educational drip campaigns to onboarding workflows and re-engagement series, I crafted messaging that resonated with our audience and aligned with business goals. I collaborated closely with Sales, Medical, and Creative to ensure that each touchpoint felt intentional, helpful, and on-brand. These campaigns helped scale our partner network from hundreds to thousands and consistently drove measurable impact—like 70% increases in engagement and 800+ qualified leads per month.
